Updated my blog page

I've recently updated my blog page. Not before time though. Some of the information was about 2 years out of date. I've also changed my strap line from "Romance Writer in Waiting" to what you see now. Can't really call myself "in waiting" anymore since my dreams of being published have finally come true. Santa came early for me this year! Hope everyone has a great Christmas and holiday season. Caroline xxx

A little more about me!

I live on Anglesey. I share my life with the lovely DH and one dog - Bob. I have a step son and one fabulous 5 year old grandson Corey. In my day job as an Environmental Health Officer I get to meet some interesting people - which provides grist for the mill as a writer. Academically I've got an MSc and and BSc(Hons) - whether that helps me in my quest to be a (published) romantic novelist I'm not too sure! This year (2013) I hit the big 5-0! Yikes, where did all those years go. Recently, I've had some writing success - a short story appeared in Writers' Forum - April 2013 issue. I've been more productive on the book writing front as well and in October 2013 I got "The Call" from my wonderful editor Charlotte Ledger at HarperImpulse offering me a 2 book contract. Woohoo!
